The main living area overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway, pool and docking area and the guest bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the beach. Sitting directly across the street from the beach and directly on the bay, Coquina Moorings is truly one of a kind. There is no other condominium on Anna Maria Island that offers beautiful sunrises over the bay and gorgeous sunsets on the beach, all in one place.

This unit is very well appointed and has sleeping for six. The master ensuite has a king size bed, the guest a queen and the third bedroom two twin beds. There is an open and spacious kitchen with a large bar area so the chef in your life can still be part of the group while cooking up your fresh catch right from the boat dock. A large screened balcony off the master bedroom and main living area will supply you with quiet down time and morning sunrises. There is also a spiral staircase off the balcony for convenient access to the crystal clean, heated swimming pool. The guest bedroom also has a screened balcony that overlooks the beach and nightly, colorful sunsets.

Prices shown are based on 4 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit.

Perfect Location

This is a unique property! We have always rented a house and wanted to try condo life. I can say that I truly enjoyed this property. Bay view out the back and Gulf view out the front. We used the dock for a rental pontoon. The house itself is well equipped. The couches and chairs in the living area all reclined. Plenty of seating. The house isn’t brand new, but comfortable.
