You will immediately be impressed by the sparkling new interior of this home! All new kitchen appliances and Shaker style cabinetry welcome you into the cozy eat-in kitchen. A full size washer dryer is in the laundry room that has inside access from the kitchen. Bath is appointed with combo tub and shower plus a Shaker style high vanity. Both bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds. Comfortable living room has sectional sofa and flat screen TV. There is laminate flooring throughout and WIFI is included in the price!
Nestled in a modest West Bradenton neighborhood of single family homes from the 50's and 60's, you will find this location convenient to shopping, beaches and eclectic restaurants. There are two micro-breweries offering food and beer garden ambiance within blocks of this location. One covered carport parking space with extra drive space for a 2nd vehicle. Please avoid parking in the street, as with many older neighborhoods the streets are narrow. Located approximately 50 miles South of Tampa and 10 miles to the Anna Maria Island beaches, this affordable getaway may be one of Bradenton's best kept secrets! 4 night minimum stay. Maximum occupancy 4 persons. No smoking. 1 small pet* under 25 lbs considered with additional non-refundable $250 pet deposit. (Note: large back yard is NOT fenced.)
Dec 1 - April 30: $75 per night/$500 per week/$1750 per month
May 1 - Nov 30: $60 per night /$400 per week/$1400 per month
*None of the following Insurance-restricted breeds permitted: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf-hybrids and Mastiffs.
Prices shown are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit.
Rates include all utilies including WIFI. Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($210), Booking fee ($100.00) , Sales and Resort Taxes (12%) and Travel Insurance (if requested). Note that rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.
NOTE: Current tenants have until March 31st to renew for the following year. After that date, we only accept 3+ month reservations until Labor Day. After Labor Day, in units that do not have rental minimums, we will accept reservations for shorter stays. Please contact us to be added to automatic e-mail alerts for available units.

My wife, her brother, his wife, and I spent a week at this property in mid December. My wife and I had honeymooned in Bradenton three years ago and fell in love with the town and its closeness to some of the nicest beaches I have ever been to. We were hesitant at first to rent such a new rental property, but the pictures and location enticed us to give it a try. We knew we couldn’t afford to rent right on the beach, and we also didn’t always enjoy how busy the area right near the beach could be. This house ended up being the perfect combination of being close enough to drive over to the beach every single day we were there, and to also be close to the heart of downtown Bradenton. We were blown away by some of what Downtown Bradenton had to offer. There are two great breweries within walking distance of this rental. We also ate two separate mornings at the same breakfast spot downtown. The house is perfectly equipped to support 4 people. We cooked two meals a day at the house and it worked great. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the bathroom worked fine with us four. The beaches in this part of Florida are some of the finest beaches I have ever been to. Anna Maria Island is a place we will continue to explore time and time again. Last, but not least, this rental was close (about 30 minute drive) to three different destinations that we wanted to check out. Sarasota for a winery, Tampa for a night out and for flights, and St. Petersburg for a trip downtown to meet up with friends. I don’t think there is a more central and affordable place to experience this part of Florida. We will be coming back to this rental!
